Billing & Digital Purchase Policies

Complete transparency regarding in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing.
1. What's free and what's included in CifraLab Pro
The CifraLab website is free. In the Android app, the free version includes basic chords with sound, the tuner, the metronome, and up to 20 songs in the songbook. CifraLab Pro adds all chords with sound, unlimited songs, Google Drive backup, PDF export, advanced stage mode, and removes ads.
2. Purchase Products & Licenses
CifraLab Pro is an annual subscription purchased within the app through Google Play. It starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the 7 days are over, you will not be charged. The price is displayed in Google Play before you confirm the purchase and may vary by country.
3. Payment Security & Processing
All monetary transactions are processed securely by Google Play Billing. CifraLab does not receive, view, or store credit card numbers or banking data. Google manages all billing tokens and fiscal receipts.
4. Subscription Management & Cancellation
You can cancel your annual subscription at any time from Google Play. Open your profile, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and select CifraLab. When you cancel, it will not renew, and you will keep Pro until the end of the already paid year.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to standard Google Play Refund Policies. You may request a refund directly through your Google Play purchase history within the timeframe specified by Google.
6. Restoring Purchases
If you change phones or reinstall the app, sign in with the same Google account you used to make the purchase. Pro is activated once the purchase is confirmed with Google Play. If it doesn't activate automatically, use Restore Purchase on the Pro screen.
